When You've Got So Much Time

Drunken Prawns





Ingredients
1)500g prawns(king prawn/Green Prawns)
2)Koji Berrie
3)Dries Dong Gua
4)Shao Tsing Chinese Wine

Steps
1)Pour in a generous amount of wine,mix the koji berries and dong gua together and leave them to soak for about 30-60mins.
2)STEAM THE PRAWNSS!not boil them,I made the mistake of doing it and thus,they were a little overcooked.Till you see they are red.
3)Pour the mixture of wine+koji+dong gua onto the prawns and serve.

I boiled it for awhile so that there's a better flavor to it.


Spinach and Egg Soup



Ok,this particular dish is so simple but I just wanted to add more pictures to this post..hahaha,

All you need is :
1)Spinach
2)Egss
3)1/5 chicken cube

Well,You just bring everything into a boil and ta-da!You'll have it!

Stir Fry Sesame Oil Chicken



This chicky dish is my all time favourite and it's pretty easy,
just go to the supermarket and get :

1)Chicken Thigh fillet
2)Garlic
3)Sesame Oil
4)Ginger
5)Soya sauce
6)Sugar

And all you have to do is:

1)Chop the garlic and ginger finely
2)Cut chicken into cubes
3)Stir fry both garlic and ginger till they are golden brown
4)Add in the chicken
5)Pour in sesame oil,soya sauce and a bit of sugar for taste
4)Wait for them to turn slightly brown then remove from pan

okkk!!!this is so random and out of topic but I seriously need to get another jacket,the black one that I'm using right now hasn't gotten a spin since I reached here..How outrageous is it!!p,Mango's jacket here are on a 30% sale but the weather for the weekend will be like Siberia and I don't think I'll want to head out..

Royal Melbourne Show '09

I inherited my mum's early bird genes and I've always got to do stuff early in the morning and plus the fact that my sis who went for the show in Brissy kept insisting that I should be there early to avoid the crowds that might eventually cause me to have a biitch fit.

Anyway,my date for the day was john and he's quite a joker..spent quite an amount to get a scooby doo but couldn't cause I think every game store we went to were out blood sucking our money..(I saw garfield there too!)Well,took some crappy CARNEVIL RIDE that made me scream.It's like those guys in painted faces,hiding in a dark corner and waits for your turn and decides to pop out from nowhere trying to scare the wits out of you,which in my case,they were very successful with it.The rides are pretty steep and it cost about 15bucks.Thy had show bags with different cartoon characters and nother stuff in it,it's a pity they didn't have happy tree friends and patrick was looking way too hideous in a cowboy outfit and thus I didnt get any bags but I did get this pair of inflatable gloves which cracked me up big time after it got inflated and also a black halo(for the sake of buying something pretty).

I had pretty amazing hotdogs,marshmellow and strawberries caoted with chocolate,bbq beef ribs and huge cotton candy and had a great day laughing at pigs racing and diving,viewing wierd cocks that are white in colour and going emo looking at all the cute dogs there that were having their dog contest..

I wished so many of you in SG could somehow appear...

Work it Mr Glu teus!

Had to go to the gym to remove Miss Cra pms and also felt that my body was abit droopy.So,I ran,lifted weights and climb 22 flight of stairs.My body is feeling so energized right now.Yeah,In Singapore,I'm pretty strict when it comes to keeping fit but I hate the fact that I didn't worked my butt off, burning all the Churros and Risotto that I so happily consumed in the past 1 month. I was trying to google and find answers in the amount of calories burnt when I'm in a cold weather and found something rather interesting.




See that kissing causes you to lose calories..like seriously..are you kidding me?haha,ok,so let's say it does keep you trim.

1 min = 6.4 cal
10mins = 64 cal
100mins = 640cal

haha,not bad actually but of course, it involves lip locking,tongue wrestling and having a waterfall of saliva coming out from your clam.Seems like a much easier workout than jogging or playing tennis for that matter.Go for it if you dont mind looking like this after lip working!Just for your information,source is from the Times of India.


I'm referring to the one at the front,the one at the back is trying miserably hard to be cute.

haha,I deviated a little..anyway, yeah,you do lose calories just by standing and not seating but of course if you want to lose more,get on a bike and start peddling.Well,it's pretty annoying that I do not perspire here due to it's cold and dry weather here.Do not.Which I find it quite strange that I'd rather sweat like a pig and taste my own sodium trickling down my forehead during a run then not having it at all.I kinda miss SG's weather some how.

It is still pretty cold right now and well,i just did my account summary.Short and sweet but i'll share it on the next post cause this is way too long and I'm getting a little cross eyed by staring at the screen for a long time.

Gosh,you people are right.

I haven't been myself lately,that is being a shutter bug.
