I had a great sunday today!Celebrated Mum's B'dae today instead of tmr cause she's working!

Firstly,we went to Marina Barrage...?It was scorching hot and it was like an ants nest but my mum wanna go take a look at it so,ok!Anyway,We had lunch at Aerins and we ordered mushroom and green pea soup and it was quite wasted cause all of us ordered and when the bowls came.They were so big and the soup were thick and really nice just that it was just too much.So,lesson learnt!When you're @ Aerins,order 1 bowl of soup to share if you're with ur sweetheart or 2/3 bowls if u're a family of 4/5.Well,of course,if your appetite is good then maybe u can try..And just when I thought lunch was good..

Dinner was the BEST!We didnt know what to eat after watching 007 at the Grand Cathay ,and wandered around looking for chilly crab.I saw CHIJMES!hahaha!

and cause mum was craving for jap food and I've been waiting for a long time to try GYU KAKU!Soooo,TA-DA!!

It's a Japanese bbq restaurant with a bit of korean,we had kimchi for the starter and I must tell you,im nt a very kimchi person but,this is really good..

The wagyu beef was of course,the main highlight of the dinner.We ordered a set that had wagyu beef,pork,cod fish,salmon and also a seafood platter that consisted of king prawns,squid and huge scallops.They also come with Bibimbap and so it was quite filling.There are of course wine,cocktails,Japanese Sake and juices for you to choose.Th ambience was great plus I had the most awesome company,what more can I ask for?
